Bookshelf

The greatest book I have ever read, and the handbook of my life, is the Bible. It is THE must read book.

But I love to read, and if you’re looking for some other good reads, the following is a list of great books not to be missed, not in any particular order, and from any category. I’ll keep adding more as I think of more, and as I read more:

  12. Pilgrim’s Progress by John Bunyan (find an abridged version)
  13. My Utmost for His Highest by Oswald Chambers
  14. Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte
  15. Little Women by Louisa May Alcott
  16. Winnie the Pooh by A.A. Milne
  17. Animal Farm by George Orwell
  18. My Antonia by Willa Cather

  2. Anna, I just ‘found’ you via Shelly Miller’s place. I’m new-ish to blogging land (since January of 2012) and so happy to see your site and content. Awesome, God-filled place.
    This booklist is very similar to favorites I would pick. You can tell a lot about a person by what’s on their ‘list.’
